girls in the gym

since 2010 i have been training woman specifically for weight training programs that burn fat and build strength. since that time i have had 2 girls deadlift over 300 pounds in competition. 2 girls bench press over 135, and 3 girls squat over 225 pounds. The weights are just a small part of what goes into the training, diet , and supplement programs that i have developed for woman specifically. From a 400 pound out of shape never lifted a weight girl, to a 125 pound professional fitness model i have had the same exact results with my training methods. So how does this training work so well for the broad spectrum. I believe its a mixture of the Big 3. Order of lifting with in a regimen. Training according to body proportions. And The diet program.



Indya Sheehan had never worked out with weights. She had never really trained in the way of a figure competitor. But what she did do is loose about 100 pounds on her own before she came to me. What she did was started boxing, and dieting. the problem is she lost a lot of weight. when your super fat and you loose weight you have no muscle to counter balance. This is what makes for loose skin, and not looking good naked.
