becoming the best trainer in the north east to America

When i started the Auger blog i wasn't sure what would happen with it. but since then a lot of things have changed.
For 1 i am training a lot of people. over 30 clients that range from regular people to professional figure models. Here is what happened, i figured out that there are only about 3 men in history who have ever trained a team of top powerlifters. when i mean top i mean people ranked in the top 100 in the country. So i made it my next goal to be number 4. I thought to my self how the hell can i prove that my training systems work for every one all ages, all walks of life, from the young to the old, from the light to the heavy, from the male to the female. Thats when it dawned on me, i would need to begin training people once again for competition. in 2003-2006 i had a bodybuilding team that pretty much reaked havoc on all the major competitions in the north east. i had Dustin Mahan, middle weight winner npc, naional top 20 guy. I also had Jy Gabiola a 18 year old phenom who took 2nd in the mens open at the new englands, then took 4th in the npc teen nationals. I acutally trained 3 back to back to back teen mr. massachusetts winners. Then i was training NIcolle Gagne, c.j. digamborino, vinny formasano, all to top 5 finishes in the light heavys and middle weight classes at npc competition. I was also helping out a bunch of bodybuilders online with diets, training, and competition posing. People were coming from all over to be trained. I was also competing at that time going as far as the NPC nationals. With all these great trainees came a lot of responsability. and i thought i wasnt giving my self a fare shot at going pro. so i pretty much slowed down trained them less and me more. i over trained at that time and didn't have my priorities strait. i also wasnt in a good financial place. Being patient can sometimes be the best thing for you. i had trained with and trained many great powerlifters in my life time. But it wasn't until now that i am able to train so many, the number one reason is the system i developed, has totally changed the way every one will lift. It is ground breaking, revolutionary, and not hard to do. depending on how hard you want to work, but the main result has been 4 top 100 lifters in the whole united states in the first 6 months. i have 6 more people that i am training that are getting close, which if i can get all 10 by the end of the year. that would not just be a milestone, i think only louie Simmons has reached that goal and no one else ever. Making me one of the top trainers in the whole united states. the show to watch will be september 10th. which i should if my lifters perform to there ability i should have 6 and be on my way towards 10. The best way for me to state the result is how many girls in your life have you ever seen deadlift over 300 pounds ??? answer that question first. what if i told you i have 2 girls deadlifting over 300 pounds in competition with no belt, no wraps , no suit. they take no supplements other than a protein bar, and multy vitamin. they are doing this with my training , my diet, and what god has given to them at birth.
how about seeing a guy deadlift 600 pounds with just a belt on.

I guess its all about getting more people so that i have more people to train and more people to promote. The system works are you looking for training in the northeast, contact paul desimone or gym warriors now at 978 766 6280

the auger experiment part 20 shit happens

so this weekend marked a spectacular weekend. First of all its a long weekend, thanks to all the men and woman who serve this country proud. Memorial day is a day for remembering those who died, those who were injured, and those who served and serve our country. So please thank someone today! Now moving on with the Auger, he had a big weekend. He was working the gym warriors 2011 2nd anual may powerlifting contest for the epf. Auger was ready to rock! he was wearing his door man fanny pack, and also sporting his big red marker.the auger is no short of a cyborg terminator. He will get you! dont even try to get into this contest for free. The auger will hunt you down and make you take your wallet out. WHy would you not pay when we give half the money to local charitys any ways. It was no different, people tried to get in for free once again. and the auger hunted them down with his cyborg sight.

the competition was going very smoothly! people do not like it when they get flagged on a lift. No one likes it. And especially when its one of your friends. Being a judge means you have to really know what the hell your doing. Judging a powerlifting contest is no different. Especially with the squat. I have seen a lot of contests in my life and this one is no different. we had every call right! most of the calls are easy. The goal of the judge is to create a fair contest for all competitors. one of my friends that i flagged Angelo got pissed off. But the truth of the matter is that it was a flag and the other judge also saw the same thing. so i dont have to second guess any one this is why we have 3 judges at a competition. This is also why you can not have 1 judge! It doesnt matter because you either do it right and get it or you don't.

In the end people get pissed but they get over it. unless you have something against someone , if thats the case you should not be a judge. the worst experience of my life is something i had to deal with in bodybuilding from 2003-2006 where a head judge had something against me. Not only that but he also had 3 other judges placing me in last place or 2nd to last place purpously. I didnt find this out until i actually looked at the score cards. Then i found out he was training people in my class. THen i also saw that the other judges were placing me 1-8 places .. while these 3 were placing me 12-15 th or even worse. After all the hard work i had put in. i was very pissed off not to mention all the money i was handing this guy for my teams that were competing. i forced a full boycot on him and complained showing the scores as evidence and video that i had of contests. This is when i found peoples true colors and found some good and some bad. WE move on in life, if you dont then you cant grow. i went into powerlifting for one reason its much more clear cut sport. you either do it or you dont do it. not many aspects can affect the outcome. a lot of people think im cocky, arrogant, its not the case. you want to be strong, then be strong there is nothing wrong with showing off a bit. i enjoy it. hell you cant compete more than 5 times in a year so what else you gonna do. sit there and pretend its church, no way!

So the contest i trained a bunch of people who competed infact i had people that trained going against each other, i like that, make the best person win. I train them all the same, its not a big deal if one losses its insentive to train harder. if you want to be the best you really do need someone to push you to get there. otherwise your going to be happy with your progress.

my first trainee Mike Salsgiver i am pushing to total 1600 raw with just a belt. his total for this meet was 1425 with just a belt. i let him use my belt that was passed on to me from my brother. He is in the 220 class. I also have a trainee who i have compete derek b. derek came in being trained by tps in everett mass. the problem with the training that they used on him. is it was horrible, he had the worst form i had ever seen, he was trained totally wrong horrible training. i am pissed that they even call them selves trainers. they take videos of people i have trained and trained with my whole life like lew peppe. and say we have the strongest gym around . bull shit .. how about garett braumen i trained him too, or how about nick fagone ahh ..yes also a gym warrior. yah that pisses me off. So i have trained derek and its been hard because we had to break all the horrible bad habits they taught him ( not even going to parallel on squat, using a high box, not benching correctly, and worst of all never doing a free squat. ohh yah and how about teaching him to hitch to deadlift) the worst part is he spent over 8,000 dollars on this training. which pisses me off even more. I dont like talking shit about any one but the truth is the truth if i piss you off its because your lying to your self. face the facts! well derek is chasing mike and its helping his lifts go up faster than normal, lets look at his contest lifts. in 2 months time
bench increased 25 pounds contest
squat increased 25 pounds contest
deadlift increased 55 pounds contest

thats 105 pound increase!! he will have to do even better the next time around but i think he can especially on the squat and bench! every one knows i am the best deadlift trainer in the northeast look at my records, and all the people i trained on deadlift. all you have to do is look at the girls i train. i have trained kim clark for 2 months now she went from never doing a deadlift to pulling 285 pounds raw no belt no wraps yup in the 148 class. then corrine dipietro matching that 285, or how about corrine squating 250 pounds. these are in contest. and we have them on video. Its knowing the system and learning how to use it. As we discussed before this is why the Auger experiment is even happening.

mike will be my next experiment for competition i see him as a crossover bodybuilder/powerlifter who can do both , and win at both . my goal for mike is to make him elite, its my goal for all my trainees. mike is much closer to this level now then the others so its possible much sooner but it will all depend on their drive. any one of the people i train or who want to train with me can become elite. But how bad do you want it !! do you want to be in the magazines, do you want people hearing about you when you walk into a contest? do you want to be sponsored, endoresed? do you have what it takes. ? all it takes is coming in for some training. i tell people i have 2 rules 1. don't ask me questions. 2 listen to every thing i say. every thing don't take that lightly.

so the auger got crazy he went nuts and we captured it on video .. your going to have to check it out on youtube soon. if you want to start training hit me back

now for more auger shit happens , auger hurt his groin a little doing his squats and deads, most likely reagrivating an old injury. but its ok stretching is a great way to fix groin injuries, stretch and direct preassure. i would not suggest to much icing of the area. that can damage the testicles. and we dont want to hurt those guys! so next week we will weigh him in again!! big week this week ... happy memorial day.
